My father is a fire chief and he showed me some of the hydraulic generators for fire trucks and some of the other hydraulic generators they use. I had never seen a hydraulic generator before so it was neat to see one. I never imagined there were so many different hydraulic generators for fire trucks. I thought if you’ve seen one hydraulic generator you’ve seen them all. That is not the case. There are at least fifty different hydraulic generators for fire trucks. It was really interesting to see the hydraulic generators and to learn how a hydraulic generator works.
